Hackers breached Entrust’s network in June
Even the largest vendors specializing in securing the internet are seemingly not immune to successful attacks by threat actors.
Digital security giant Entrust suffered a cyberattack where threat actors breached their network and probably stole data from internal systems. It is not known at this time if this is purely corporate data or customers' and vendors' as well.
The attack was performed by a ransomware operation which compromised Entrust systems' credentials and used them to breach their internal network.
